The HipBits TV app

HipBits (a production of Orph Labs AI, Inc.) does not collect personal information through the HipBits TV app. The app does not require an account, does not use advertising or analytics, and does not track you.

To remember where you left off in an episode, the app stores your playback position on your Apple TV only; it is never sent to us.

The app loads show listings and video from our servers (media.hipbits.tv), which, like any web server, may briefly log technical data such as IP address to deliver and protect the service.

This website

The site does not require an account and does not use advertising. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you enter (for example your name, email address, message and any source links) and use it only to reply and to follow up on your partnership request, legal question or tip. Messages are delivered to us by email through our email provider and kept in our site's admin. Name and email are optional for tips. We don't sell or share what you send.

Like the app's servers, the site's hosting may briefly log technical data such as IP address to deliver and protect the service. Videos and links from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn are governed by those services' own privacy policies. Cookies and browser storage are covered in our Cookie Policy.

Children

HipBits is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
