Who we are

HipBits is an independent network of short-form shows, a production of Orph Labs AI, Inc. (“HipBits”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover this website and the HipBits TV app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

What the shows are

HipBits shows are entertainment and commentary. Our hosts are AI-generated. Shows may discuss rumors, leaks and reports from other sources, and we say so when we do; nothing on the Service is professional, financial or purchasing advice. HipBits is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies, studios or products we cover unless we say otherwise.

Using the Service

The Service is free and for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, re-upload or redistribute our shows, artwork or logos without permission, try to break or overload the Service, or use it to break the law.

Our content

The shows, names, logos, key art and other material on the Service belong to Orph Labs AI, Inc. or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify what we're talking about. For partnerships or licensing, get in touch.

What you send us

If you send us a tip, message or link, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it isn't stolen or confidential material you aren't allowed to pass on. You let us use it to report, verify and make our shows. We may decide not to use anything you send. How we handle it is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Rights and corrections

If you believe something on the Service infringes your rights or gets a fact wrong, tell us through the legal form or at info@orphmedia.com and we'll look at it promptly.

Other services

The Service links to and embeds third-party services such as YouTube. Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for them.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and running but don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always available, and we may change or stop any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Orph Labs AI, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Apple

If you use the HipBits TV app on Apple TV, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Orph Labs AI, Inc., not Apple, and Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above; continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
